Mindfulness Yoga Meditation w/ Rita (via Zoom)

A deep focus on bringing mindfulness to your present state of wellness and being.

We will spend approx. 15 min. starting off with meditation, transition into slow Yin poses, and end with an extended Shavasana (corpse pose) to wind down and embrace the mellow energy of our Sunday.
