A class for anyone. We focus on the Therapeutic Healing aspects of Yoga, Meditation and Breath Exercises for a specific anatomical area or system. I will offer several anatomical adaptations for each posture or area affected. Examples: Lower back is hurting or neck is stiff. Hopefully, you will feel better after this slow and stretchy class.
