Chair Yoga w/ Rita (via Zoom)

Chair Yoga is a wonderful way to get your energy moving and your stretches in while seated. Yoga poses are modified for sitting in a chair. It is very helpful in increasing flexibility. Rita can work with your disabilities and do age-appropriate Chair Yoga.
