
Refund Policy
Class Booking Cancellations & Refunds
All class bookings must be made and managed through our online system.

Full Refunds: Clients may cancel their booking online up to 1 hour before the class start time to receive a full refund.

No Refunds for Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If a client does not cancel at least 1 hour before the class begins or fails to attend, the class fee is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their class up to 1 hour before the start time directly through the website. Late rescheduling is not permitted.
Monthly Memberships

Flexible Cancellation: Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time via their online account. Once canceled, the membership will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.

Access Until End of Billing Period: After canceling, members will retain full access and booking privileges until the end of the already-paid period.

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer pro-rated or partial refunds for unused time within a monthly billing period.
